Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified. Where an order is cancelled, any amount charged is refunded in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and any import duties are calculated at checkout or collected by your local customs authority.
Product accuracy
We photograph every garment as accurately as possible. Colour may vary slightly between screens, and small variations in print placement are a normal part of limited production runs.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, photography and written content on this site belong to Spuraeon and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spuraeon's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
