Return & Refund Policy
Return window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
To exchange a size or colour, email spureaon@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. If the requested piece is still in stock we reserve it for you while your return is in transit. Because runs are limited, exchanges cannot be guaranteed on sold-out sizes.
Refund process
Once your return arrives it is inspected within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and any item marked final sale cannot be returned. Items returned worn, washed, altered or without tags will be sent back to the customer.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
