Shipping Policy
Processing times
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our studio within 1–3 business days. During a new release or a restock, processing may take up to 5 business days. You receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a second email when it ships.
Delivery estimates
Domestic orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch. Estimates exclude weekends, public holidays and any delay at customs.
International shipping
We ship worldwide with tracked services. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the studio and is also visible in your account under order history. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email spureaon@gmail.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or refund.
