When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order contents. Payment details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored by us.
How we use your information
Your information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and — only if you opt in — send newsletters about new releases. We do not sell customer data.
Checkout and hosting
Orders, accounts and payments are processed through Shopify, which acts as our commerce platform and handles checkout security on our behalf. Their handling of your data is governed by Shopify's own privacy policy.
Cookies and site data
This site stores your bag and wishlist locally in your browser so they persist between visits. Cookies may also be used by our commerce platform to keep your session and checkout working.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email spureaon@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some order records may be retained where required for accounting or legal obligations.
Marketing preferences
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not affect order-related emails.
